BUSINESS PROFILE
Potentia is a wholly owned Namibian Human Resource Consultancy established in 1998. We provide a spectrum of HR management services falling under two core activities, namely organisational development, and human resource administration. Working in concert, these activities serve both individuals , assisting them to assimilate successfully with a future career path, and organisations, guiding them on a path of meaningful transformation and development.
Our intervention involves helping individuals to become acquainted with their inherent competencies, equipping them to surpass personal limitations and begins with the vital “placement decision”, i.e. matching the profiles of both the position and the right individual. The overriding focus is to:
- Enhance and stimulate the latent gifts with which each individual is endowed, and thereby
- Provide the opportunity for a business to develop its capacity for growth.
Our role encompasses Human Resource Administration which ensures tailored performance and reward management, and provides a needs-based training which addresses competency deficiencies, essential to career management.
We understand organisations' needs in these respects and are able to assist at every stage of the human resources management process. In certain instances we engage our network of Namibian associate consultants when required. Associates are qualified and experienced Namibians with complementary areas of expertise such as law and event management.
